Hi there!
I am an author of memoir, writing from a life that was lived in motion and is now being understood through stillness.
For many years, life moved quickly. Responsibility arrived early. Decisions were made forward-facing, without the luxury of pause. There wasn’t time to examine much — only to respond, adapt, and continue.
Now, with space and quiet, attention has returned.
My writing is shaped by observation — of people, of place, of moments that once passed too quickly to be held. It is less concerned with retelling events than with understanding what they meant, and how they altered the way I moved through the world.

I write in fragments and reflections, allowing memory to surface in its own time. I’m interested in what becomes visible when a life slows enough to be examined, and in the tenderness that can exist alongside clarity.
My books are memoirs. They trace lived experience with honesty and restraint, leaving space for the reader to arrive at their own recognition. They are not explanations. They are invitations to notice.
When I’m not writing, I’m often walking by the water, sitting quietly on my balcony, or watching the world from a café table. These are the places where attention settles, and where writing tends to find me.
This site holds my work — books, notes, and reflections — offered without urgency.
