Pre-Orders and Fulfilment

Signed pre-order copies are shipped shortly before the release date listed on the product page. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Returns and Refunds

Purchases are covered under Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

If your book arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me so a replacement or refund can be arranged in line with consumer guarantees.

Please note that change-of-mind refunds are not offered on signed copies.
